Student Conduct Guidelines

Effective Date: August 17, 2026Last Updated: August 17, 2026

These guidelines describe how we expect students to conduct themselves during in-person driving lessons and road test appointments, to keep every session safe and productive.

During Lessons

  • Arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session
  • Bring a valid learner's permit or license, as required for the session
  • Follow your instructor's directions at all times for your safety and the safety of others on the road
  • Treat your instructor and their vehicle with respect
  • Do not attend a lesson or road test under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Pickup & Drop-off Service

If you've added pickup and drop-off to your booking, be ready at the agreed address at the scheduled time. Pickup and drop-off is limited to a set distance from our location, as noted at checkout.

Respectful Conduct

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward instructors or staff, whether in person, over the phone, or through the website.

Consequences

Violating these guidelines may result in an instructor ending a session early, future bookings being declined, or your account being suspended, at our discretion.
