This Acceptable Use Policy describes how you may and may not use our website and booking platform. It applies to everyone who creates an account with us.
You Agree To
- Provide accurate account, contact, and permit/license information
- Book lesson and road test appointments you genuinely intend to attend
- Show up on time, or reschedule/cancel with reasonable notice per our Billing & Refund Policy
- Use the account you registered — not one created for or by someone else
Prohibited Activity
You may not:
- Attempt to access another user's account, or any staff or admin area you're not authorized for
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create accounts or book appointment slots
- Repeatedly book and no-show appointments to hold slots without intent to attend
- Submit fraudulent payment information or attempt to reverse a legitimate charge
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website, including probing, scanning, or attacking its infrastructure
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in a warning, a temporarily blocked account, or permanent account termination, at our discretion, in addition to any remedies available to us under our Terms of Service.
